Music is love. Music stimulates the brain in the same way as we feel love for others. The human experience is that wonderful feeling of love when great music comes into our brains. It enables us to feel connection with others that also feel love through the joy of listening and knowing that others feel the same way. Music brings us to a better place.

Lebetkin's style of classical music composition can best be describe as accessible, but not trite, to a wide population. The continued expansion of tonal landscapes explored by Britten and other great composers are developed further in music that includes symphonic, vocal, chamber, ballet, choral, as well as experiments in contemporary neoclassic commercial idioms. Many of these works embrace social justice themes.
Speaking Engagements
There are four primary venues in which I am available to speak. They are to non-musicians (general population) with a new approach on what to listen for, composers, conductors and musicians on advanced composition techniques, corporate retreats for executives in the music and entertainment sectors, and pro bono lectures at local colleges while attending a performance of my work.
